This is the nicest bottle that I put up for bidding at our auction. It sold, but I had to reduce the reserve.
I wish I could have kept it- its a beauty!
The auction went well, we had approx. 10 to 15 lots up for bid. Our Jim Gallagher was the mercy
bidder, he must have been doing his Christmas shopping early! I got into a bidding war over a fine Brooklyn beer or soda
bottle. I had to drop out - too rich for my blood!
It seemed to be a success, with most folks having a fun time... sounded like there will be another auction next
year.
